Why do I need to provide my email to sign up for the Free plan?

We ask for your email during sign-up for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, it allows us to provide better support to our users. If you ever encounter technical difficulties, having your email enables us to reach out and assist you promptly.

Secondly, when you sign up, you become part of our community, and we like to keep you in the loop. You'll receive our quarterly newsletter, where we share updates on new features and handy tips & tricks to enhance your animation workflow.

Of course, if you'd rather not receive these updates, you can easily opt out by unsubscribing at any time.

How can I be confident your plugin works before buying a Pro subscription?

Our free plan is designed for just this purpose. Although it offers a more limited set of export settings than the Pro plan, the rendering logic is identical -- so if your design exports properly at lower resolution on the Free plan, you can be confident it will export properly at higher resolution on the Pro plan.

If you run into any issues with the Free plan, it is likely due to improperly configured prototype settings -- please see our getting started guide on our community site for step by step instructions for configuring your prototype for video.

You'll also find the option to chat with our design team from the community page -- we're happy to provide 1:1 support to get you started on the right foot.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my Pro subscription?

We know a lot of Figma plugins in our category make exaggerated claims & fail to deliver, and we know the frustration this can cause.

If you run into an issue while using our plugin, we're committed to making it right, offering three ways to remedy:

1. Community guides: You can visit our community site to read our getting started guide and troubleshooting articles, which contain step by step instructions for setting up your prototype for video animation.

2. 1:1 support: Additionally, our design team is standing by to help with any issue you face. You can chat with us anytime from the community site, and we'll soon offer this as a built-in feature right within the plugin.

3. Refund: In the off chance your design fails to export as intended due to bug, and you'd like a refund, we will always provide one. Our only ask is that you share a link to your design file so we can confirm the issue. You can request a refund anytime by emailing support@creativeflow.ai.

Can I add other people from my team to my Pro subscription?

Yes! You can invite other folks on your team to join your Pro subscription anytime by clicking the "Manage account" button from the settings tab in plugin, or at the top of this page. There you'll be able to invite others to join your team by email, assign specific roles to their account, and remove them from your team anytime.

Note that each additional user added to a team will incur an additional charge for that seat. The charge will be added to the existing subscription so you can cover the cost of multiple users from a single plan.

How do I get invoices for my past payments?

Login to your account at the top of this page by clicking the "Manage account" button, and scroll down the the Invoice History section, where you will see all your past invoices & receipts with the option to download PDF versions of each.

Can I update my billing information after I sign up?

You can update your billing information, including name, payment method, address, and billing email anytime by clicking the manage account button at the top of this page, which will take you to our billing portal.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your pro plan anytime by visiting your account page. Simply login to your account at the top of this page by clicking the "Manage account" button, and select the "Cancel subscription" option at the top. This will set your plan to cancel at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until then.

Do you store data or use any external service or data processor?


We prioritize your data privacy. We don't have access to your Figma design files, and if you report a bug, we'll request explicit permission to access the file so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.

Any metadata we collect during processing has a short lifespan and is automatically deleted.

If you decide to stop using our service, rest assured that your data will be removed from our servers without the need for you to make a request.

Do you store credit card information securely?


Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe, a trusted payment processing service.

We do not retain any of your credit card information on our servers, ensuring your financial data remains safe and protected.

Do you offer student discounts?

Absolutely! We value students and their dedication to learning.

You can apply for a student discount by providing a valid student card and your email address.
